In this client-facing position, you will address inquiries, offer quotes for auto and home insurance, and work on growing an established client base. Your key role is enhancing relationships and identifying new product opportunities—all without the need for cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

• Service personal lines insurance, focusing on auto and home

• Provide tailored coverage advice to clients

• Spot cross-selling opportunities for clients

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships

• Perform risk assessments that align with guidelines
Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience is ideal

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Must obtain a General Insurance License within 2 months

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Must pass required background checks
