Role & Responsibilities

Install, terminate, and splice fiber optic and copper cables across aerial, underground, and indoor environments.
Perform end-to-end cable laying operations using trenching, ducting, and pulling techniques in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct OTDR testing, loss measurement, and fault localization to ensure cable performance meets SLA requirements.
Document cable routes, splicing points, and test results using digital tools and maintain GIS/asset records.
Collaborate with project teams to meet rollout timelines while adhering to OSHA, TEC, and telecom regulatory compliance.
Respond to field emergencies, perform cable repairs, and restore connectivity with minimal downtime.
