We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist I who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our growing Talent team. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to support the full cycle hiring process. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience across diverse communities.

• Assist in the full‑cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Support bilingual recruitment efforts by sourcing and communicating with Spanish‑speaking candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
• Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and other talent acquisition events.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
