Position Summary
The Tank Wash Coordinator assists Tank Wash with any projects and/or daily duties that may arise.
Duties and Responsibilities- Utilize tools and software in order to compile specific reporting metrics for company customers.
- Research answers to various customer complaints, interface with customers to provide resolutions, and utilize required communication channels.
- Conduct visits to company terminals and plants as required.
- Foster timely responses between operations and customer.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.
- Contribute to the Total Clean team effort by accomplishing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and maintain an accurate filing system through the use of a scanner or filing cabinet.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Word Minimum 0 – 3 years experience working in an office setting
- Experience in the trucking or transportation industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail; thorough completion of tasks
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring needs and deadlines are met in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive and motivated attitude
- Proven focus on continuous improvement in the workplace

- Proficient at data entry
- Abilty to produce timely and accurate reports
- Demonstrated ability to perform as team player and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business function
- Demonstrated telephone etiquette skills
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently;
Spanish preferred
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. May be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch as needed. Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
The position typically operates in a standard office environment. This position routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, file cabinets, and fax machines.
