As we continue to grow and expanding our territory, we are seeking two Core Aeration Technicians to join our team. If you are motivated, hard-working, and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to speak with you.

As a core aeration technician, you will provide detail-oriented, customer-focused lawn care services. Our core aeration technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. You will be responsible for operating specialized power equipment to perforate the soil and improve air, water, and nutrient flow to the grassroots. This process is used to improve soil health and enhance the growth of the lawn. You will also treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

• Operate core aeration equipment to perforate soil and improve lawn health.
• Drive a truck with a trailer on a daily basis
• Assess lawn conditions and provide feedback to clients on lawn care needs.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients during on-site visits.
• Perform routine maintenance and care for aeration equipment.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled services.
• Educate clients on the benefits of core aeration and other lawn care practices.
• Assist with other lawn care tasks as needed.

The ideal Lawn Care Technician candidate will have a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, experience operating machinery, reliable transportation to work, and a good attendance record.

Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable, but must-haves are:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
