This position is responsible for assuring safe and efficient traffic flow within the yard. The Yard Goat Operator will also provide proper dock set up by maintaining the transporting containers and trailers, as instructed by the Operations team, in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains a daily movement log and PM inspections.

• Safely operate a yard trailer
• Assure the safe and efficient traffic flow within the yard
• Provide proper dock set up by maintaining the transporting containers/trailers
• No touch | Local

• 22+ years of age
• Valid CDL-C license
• Clear MVR
• 6 months of jockey or shuttle driving experience
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

As a Non CDL Yard Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
