• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming goods. Maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and kit materials for shop repairs and production. Prepare new motor sales for customer pickup or delivery.

• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify shipments against purchase orders, and generate inventory reports.

• Organization & Stocking: Maintain organized, labeled, and accessible storage of all items.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.

• Deliveries: Perform non‑CDL deliveries and pickups within a 3‑hour radius as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Forklift experience required

• Valid driver’s license required

• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a tidy workspace

• Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory counts and order verification

• Basic math skills for data recording

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience with warehouse management systems and basic computer software

• Teamwork and communication skills
