Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Our matrimonial law firm is seeking a full-time, in-office administrative assistant who can provide an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients while providing administrative support to the firm. Tech-savvy, strong work ethic, and punctuality are essential. Hours are 9 am - 5 pm.

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Firm Ambassador and the first point of contact for all calls, in-person clients, and attorney meetings
- Provide A+ customer service to every caller
- Utilize a multi-line phone system to prioritize client interactions while managing other calls efficiently and politely
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, Fed Ex, correspondence, calendaring, scanning, and managing conference room bookings for several firms
- Heavy file management, both physical and digital
- Provide clerical support to the operations team, assisting wherever needed
- Willingness to learn new programs and systems
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative assistant or professional customer service role
- Flexibility, optimism, and empathy towards individuals dealing with matrimonial issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability, accuracy, and responsibility in all tasks
- Technical proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
$50,000 - $55,000
