Help borrowers get answers quickly, before, during, and after their application. You'll often be the first point of contact when someone has a question or hits a snag, so we're looking for someone who stays calm, clear, and genuinely helpful under pressure.
What you'll do- Respond to borrower questions via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot account or application issues as they come up
- Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed
- Keep accurate records of borrower interactions and resolutions
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to improve the process
- Experience in customer service, ideally in financial services or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Patience and empathy when working with borrowers who may be stressed or confused
- Comfort multitasking across phone, email, and chat support
