Self-Pay Specialist

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical self-pay collections .
• Experience working with insurance authorizations and claim processes .

• Verify insurance eligibility to see if insurance can be used before billing patients .
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail .
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Basic math proficiency .
• Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and organizational expertise to staff members .
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team .
• Experience with Self-pay processes.
• Experience with collection agencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Location: Garden City (Hybrid Schedule )

( Training will be conducted at our Garden City location for a period of 1–3 months ) .

Compensation: $23.00-$26.00
