CITI is hiring a Real Estate Underwriting Associate to support acquisitions and investment decisions across our portfolio. The role will be primarily focused on industrial real estate
, evaluating a steady flow of off‑market and marketed opportunities that align with our buy box. The ideal candidate is analytical, fast‑moving, and confident underwriting commercial assets.

• Underwrite industrial real estate deals using Excel and internal tools
• Analyze rent rolls, lease terms, expenses, and market comps
• Evaluate off‑market and brokered opportunities for acquisition fit
• Summarize key deal assumptions and risks for internal review
• Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date underwriting pipeline

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate underwriting or acquisitions
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Understanding of industrial lease structures, NOI, cap rates, and valuation
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, and responsive to high‑volume deal flow

• Experience with Argus
• Familiarity with CoStar, Yardi, or Real Nex
• Exposure to off‑market deal sourcing or industrial brokerage
