Experienced Appointment Setter - Eagle

Miracle-Ear, the #1 provider of hearing healthcare solutions, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Eagle, Idaho, as an Appointment Setter. This role is crucial in connecting potential and pre-existing patients with effectively scheduled appointments for our valuable services, and hearing evaluations with our Hearing Aid Specialists.

• Conduct calls professionally and efficiently to our patients.
• Set appointments based on customer preferences and team availability.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system. (CRM = Customer Profiles, Schedule, Notes)
• Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and success.

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (or related) with a focus on appointment setting.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software and comfortable navigating between multiple programs and desktop screens.
• Related experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing are all welcomed.
