Job Purpose

As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to assemble parts and components for new products according to specifications from clients or supervisors. In addition, you might be called to perform diagnostic tests of assembled goods before they are shipped to check their efficiency so any adjustments can be made accordingly. Other responsibilities may include constructing items in a warehouse or industrial facility.

They are responsible for building a final product based on instructions and specifications outlined by Percept View. Ultimately, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will construct various items from smaller parts that will be sold to outside customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the installation of equipment, ensuring it is set up correctly and functions optimally. This might involve working in laboratory settings or traveling to different locations to install equipment in the field, sometimes in challenging environments, to address equipment needs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition, including inspections, lubrication, and calibration.
  • Maintaining and updating the results related to various tests and inspections.
  • Work with layout drawings, point to point wire list and wiring schematics.
  • Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housing or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
  • Follow safety protocols, wear proper PPE and maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
  • Work closely with senior employees and engineers, following their guidance and direction to execute repair and installation tasks effectively. Collaboration with the entire Percept View team ensures alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Interact professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide technical assistance, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Given the dynamic nature of technology and industries, you'll need to stay updated with advancements in relevant technologies, tools, and techniques. Continuous learning and skill development will enhance your expertise and effectiveness in fulfilling your role.
  • By fulfilling these responsibilities, you contribute significantly to the success of our team and the advancement of technological solutions across diverse sectors.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred. With at least 1 yr of experience in related fields.
  • Proven experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in a related industry.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical feasibility, business requirements, and user needs in architectural decision‑making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while delivering high‑quality software solutions within designated timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

    100% On-Site
  • Work Week:
    Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm (subject to change depending on need)
  • Must possess the physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, as lifting and moving of equipment may be required in certain work environments.
