About the Role
As a Glazier / Glass Installer, you are the face of our company. This is our primary product fulfillment role, where precision craftsmanship meets world-class customer service. You won't just be performing residential glass installation; you’ll be delivering an exceptional, stress-free experience directly in our clients' homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation & Precision:
Inspect materials for perfect sizing and quality before loading your vehicle with the exact tools, paperwork, and safety gear needed for a flawless install.
Proactive Communication:
Keep the office and the customer informed. If an appointment timeline shifts, you own the communication.
Customer Alignment:
Upon arrival, walk the customer through the project scope, locations, and estimated timeline to ensure their expectations are perfectly managed.
Expert Installation:
Complete window and door installations and glass replacements to the highest standards, proactively troubleshooting any on-site challenges.
Accountability & Follow-Through:
If a job cannot be completed safely or perfectly on day one, document the exact issues and parts needed, then sync with the team to ensure a seamless follow-up.
White-Glove Care:
Treat every property with total respect. Use booties and drop cloths, leaving the workspace cleaner than you found it.
The Perfect Close-Out:
Wrap up every job with a customer walkthrough. Explain product care, review warranties, and ensure they know they are fully taken care of.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
1+ years of residential glass installation or glazier experience.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background:
Must pass an initial background check and drug test.
Driving:
Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
Physical Fitness:
Physically capable and in good health, with the ability to lift 50–100 lbs unassisted.
Preferred Skills
Glass Expertise:
Experience with residential glass replacement (single/double pane, shower enclosures, skylights) and window/door installation (new construction and retrofit).
Maintenance:
Skilled in window/door repair, weatherization, and effective troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal/written communication skills.
Tech Savvy:
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
