Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician

Welcome!

Help keep critical HVAC systems operating at peak performance. You'll perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and minor repairs on commercial HVAC equipment, helping customers minimize downtime, extend equipment life, and maintain reliable system operation.

This role is perfect for detail-oriented technicians who take pride in proactive maintenance, reliability, and delivering exceptional service.

• Stage tools and consumables for technicians.
• Move and position parts and equipment as directed.
• Label tools and storage bins.
• Clean tools and equipment after use.
• Assist with PPE distribution.
• Photograph completed work for documentation.
• Maintain shop organization and safety signage.
• Restock common items to par levels.
• Dispose of waste and empty containers properly.
• Learn technician terminology and safety basics.

• Minimum Experience:
  
  0 - 2 years
• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma/GED
