As an Electrical Service Apprentice, you'll work alongside licensed electricians to diagnose and repair electrical issues in homes and businesses, learning how to troubleshoot real problems instead of just following a blueprint. You'll be hands-on from day one, building the skills that lead to a long-term career in the electrical trade. This is just the starting point, and it's a path built on steady demand and real job security for those who put in the work.

• Assist electricians with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical issues
• Support service calls involving outlets, switches, panels, lighting, and wiring
• Perform basic service tasks like pulling wires, running conduit, and mounting devices under supervision
• Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for each assignment
• Document job notes, parts used, and photos for each service call
• Keep job sites and company vehicles clean, safe, and organized
• Take part in training and safety meetings to build your technical and customer service skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Enrollment in or interest in an electrical apprenticeship program preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in varied weather conditions
• Occasionally working in confined spaces

• Field-based role requiring travel to residential and commercial job sites
• May require evening, weekend, or on-call shifts

Ability to pass background check and drug screening
