Will Call Associate

About the Role

Idaho Tents & Events is gearing up for our busiest season, and we're looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our operations crew for the season.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look exactly the same. You'll rotate between different areas of our operation, supporting both our warehouse team and customer-facing pickup (Will Call). As you grow into the role, you'll also gain exposure to coordination and intake responsibilities that are key to how our events run smoothly.

• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and preparing event equipment
• Support customer pickups and returns in our Will Call area
• Help ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready on time
• Work across multiple departments depending on daily needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods
