Ag Tech Apprentices Come be a part of the first official Registered Apprenticeship Program in Kansas for Ag Technicians

We are actively recruiting High School Students
* age 16+ who are interested in our Ag Tech Student Scholarship Program. Work part time after school and during school breaks. Shadow experienced Service Technicians while gaining valuable on-the-job training before you graduate! Follow that up with 2 years of sponsored college education at Garden City Community College (Garden City, KS), Southeast Community College (Milford, NE), or Northwest Kansas Technical College (Goodland, KS), plus more on-the-job training & mentorship to earn your Journey Worker's Certification.

* Recent high school graduates and other entry level technicians are also welcome to apply.

The American Implement Ag TECH Sponsorship

Program is for anyone that desires to go into the Agriculture Industry and become a certified John Deere Service Technician. You’ll be joining the industry’s best and can count on:

Upon completion of the Ag TECH Sponsorship

Program, students receive an associate's degree, tuition paid by American Implement, and the security of having a guaranteed career straight out of college.

This is a full-ride scholarship that covers tuition/fees, room, and board.

Altogether, this impressive scholarship is over a $35,000 package. American Implement sponsors students to attend the John Deere TECH Program offered by the following colleges:

This isn’t your average diesel program. Deere & Company established the John Deere TECH Program in 1989 and now sponsors programs at various accredited colleges throughout the U.S. and Canada. Every instructor has completed extensive John Deere technician training, and students have the opportunity to work on the latest equipment and technology.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, regularly lifting 75 lbs without assistance, grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, and seeing. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions from extreme heat to winter blizzard conditions.
