Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Support laboratory staff with various tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations
  • Provide cost‑effective, precise test results to healthcare providers in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold data security standards
  • Attend required meetings and in‑service training sessions to stay current with best practices
  • Complete mandatory educational courses, such as Carelearning modules
  • Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, attendance, and appropriate dress code

Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Certification in phlebotomy
  • Proven experience in phlebotomy or a related healthcare role
