ResponsibilitiesEmployee Support & Administration
- Serve as a trusted resource for HR questions and assist with employee self-service tools.
- Support employees with time-off requests, address changes, and general HR inquiries.
- Administer leave programs (FMLA and LOA) with care and confidentiality.
- Help employees understand and enroll in benefit programs.
Payroll & Records Management
- Process and audit payroll data, including overtime, absences, and time-off.
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files.
- Track attendance and administer progression increases for hourly employees.
- Coordinate performance review schedules for management team.
HR Operations
- Manage equipment inventory and distribution.
- Support the internal job bid process.
- Handle general office duties including data entry, filing, and phone support.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to review applications and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate background checks and pre‑employment physicals.
- Extend job offers and guide new hires through their first days.
- Create welcoming orientation experiences that set employees up for success.

- Must have regular and punctual attendance.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English).
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information.

Physical Requirements
- Office setting within a manufacturing environment. Position will take you onto the plant floor requiring proper protective equipment.
Experience: Previous Human Resources experience is preferred, would consider payroll or similar office experience in lieu.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or verifiable ability to perform essential job functions. Minimum of 2 years of college is preferred.
