- The Maintenance and Technical Inventory Coordinator manages schedules, performs AMOS administrative duties, catalogues technical documentation and manages project communications to keep AMOS maintenance and inventory projects running smoothly.
- This position requires day-to-day interaction with the AMOS Inventory and Maintenance software.
- Collects and organizes records, reports and documentation related to onboard inventory audits.
- Assist in addressing all technical inventory findings reported by AMOS Inventory Team, Internal Audit or Class.
- Register inventory in AMOS as requested by the vessels.
- Process approved maintenance request in AMOS.
- Manages schedules for all traveling AMOS Team members.
- Perform administrative AMOS task assigned by the Maintenance and Technical Inventory Manager.
- Handles daily schedules, tracks progress and organizes paperwork and meeting for maintenance and inventory related projects.
- Assist with writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures as they relate to the maintenance and technical inventory.
- Assist with writing and maintain AMOS training materials.
- Catalogues and oversees the technical manuals and drawings for all the vessels.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
