The RN Manager (Nurse Manager) position for the Cath Lab and ICU is based in Garden City, Kansas. This role involves overseeing both departments within an acute care setting, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The position offers a leadership opportunity in a dynamic hospital environment.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3 years of RN experience
• 1 year of management experience
• 1 year of clinical leadership experience
• Active certifications including ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI, and TNCC
• Additional clinical skills: critical care/telemetry, fluoroscopy (fluoro) license for technical staff, and competency in titrating drips (e.g., vasoactive drugs and blood products)

• Additional Information:
  The position involves overseeing both the Cath Lab and ICU departments, managing patient care for cardiac, vascular, and respiratory diagnoses including sepsis, DKA, and acute coronary syndromes. The role may require float support for other departments, on-call responsibilities after hours and weekends, as well as participation in unit-specific orientation. The hospital allows self-scheduling and provides support for elective cases Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1600.
  
  The hospital may cancel up to four shifts per 13-week assignment. The charting system used is EPIC.
