Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid RN license in Kansas
- Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred, and Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in long‑term care, prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, familiarity with LTC regulatory standards
- Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team, flexibility with schedule, physically capable of managing a healthcare setting, proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTC residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Lead and supervise the nursing team, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Coordinate with medical staff and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and quality standards.
