Med‑Surg nurses (RN) provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and manage medication treatment for various medical conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete assignments made by physicians.
- Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
- Assess changes in patient health status and perform treatments.
- Administer medication.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment to ensure continuity of care.
