Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Clinical Nursing Manager is responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned units, including Emergency Room, SANE, and Infusion. The role manages human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of the unit or department by focusing on daily operations. The position demonstrates integrity, willingness to take on new challenges, and prioritizes associate engagement.
It supports associate development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.
- 3 years RN experience, required
- 1-year clinical leadership experience, required
- High School GED required
- A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), required
- Masters Degree preferred
- Current RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role. Certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer into the role.
- Clinical and/or Leadership certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer. Credential:

- Exert up to 50lbs occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly
