In addition to bringing human kindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Facilitates, communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient.
• Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.
• Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
• Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice.
• Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.

• High School Diploma required
• LPN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• State IV Certification upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer
