Job Description
Title: Med-Surge Registered Nurses
Type: Full Time/Permanent Direct Hire
Location: Salina, KS
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour nights)
Pay: $29 - $43 Per Hour plus benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Med-Surge Registered Nurses to join a busy and supportive acute-care hospital in Salina, Kansas. This role involves caring for a wide variety of medical and surgical patients in a collaborative, team-focused environment with a maximum 6:1 patient ratio
. New graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation.
- Deliver safe and effective patient care across diverse medical and surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and professional nursing standards.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing –
Required - Active Kansas (or Compact) RN License –
Required at submission - BLS Certification – Required
- New grads are accepted.
