Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Medical Unit herine Hospital. This role is essential in providing compassionate care to adult patients requiring medical or surgical intervention.

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards and guidelines.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

• Education:
  
  Associates Degree in Nursing required;
  Nursing Diploma or by endorsement. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience:
  
  One year of RN inpatient experience; nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
• Licenses/Certification: RN License required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Medium Work - exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly.

• Employment Type:
  
  Full Time
• Shift: Varies
• PRN requires 5 shifts in 6 weeks.

• $30.58 - $42.99/hour
