Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking an RN Resource Float Pool to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing exceptional patient care.

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission.
• Float to multiple units within one facility or across facilities as needed.

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float.
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area.

• Full-time position with availability to work all shifts.
• Travel required; 100% of the time.

• $26.95 - $42.99/hour
