Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking an RN for their Systemwide Float Pool. This position offers the opportunity to work across various units and facilities, providing flexibility and variety in your nursing career.

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission.
• Float to multiple units within one facility or across a geographic group of facilities.
• Support and supplement workload and staffing needs across the system.

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum of 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float.
• Ability to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah).

• Full Time position with a weekly schedule of 80 hours/pay period.
• Shift varies; must be available for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Travel required, 100% of the time.

• $75.00 - $76.70/hour.
