Weekend Night LPN — PRN Shifts

Connected Health is seeking a PRN LPN for weekend night shifts, primarily Saturdays, with a flexible schedule at our Garden City facility. The role focuses on overnight patient care, ensuring continuity and quality of service.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications under physician orders, and document patient status for handoff to day shift. Candidates must be a licensed LPN with night shift experience and be comfortable documenting and communicating patient changes to the team.
