Overview

Store Manager position within Pandora – a global jewellery brand.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by maintaining excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team to reach KPI goals.
• Build loyal fans through authentic engagement and lasting connections.
• Recruit, retain and develop talent for the store, including seasonal and core hiring.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
• Implement visual merchandising directives and operational processes, ensuring continuous talent development.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Results‑oriented leadership with strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of eligibility to work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
