This is a highly intensive labor position. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills for this position.

The Parts Shipping and Receiving employee is responsible for stocking incoming merchandise and shipping products. This can be a heavy and repetitive daily task.

• High School or GED preferred
• Proficient with computers.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift over 75lbs consistently and daily. (This includes but is not limited to heavy tires, batteries, cases of coolant, ect)

• Performs shipping, receiving and stocking duties as required more than 50% of the time.
• Builds long-term relationships with the customers and vendors.
• Inspects, protects and maintains company assets, merchandise and vehicles.
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• Completes work in a friendly manner, with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Demonstrates excellent client and customer satisfaction skills.
• Works as a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner, immediately reporting any accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This position operates mainly in the parts department, working behind the counter or picking out parts.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, lift; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The employee must occasionally lift/ move up to or more than 75 pounds, with or without assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours will vary to accommodate the service department working hours. This position regularly requires working evenings and weekends.

Schedules are subject to change. Two weeks’ notice of a schedule change will be provided whenever possible.

May be required to drive from one dealership to another.
