The Western & Central Europe Sales Manager will lead sales and business development activities within the European and NATO defence sector, driving growth and strengthening the company’s market presence. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key clients, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Success requires fluency in English, the ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and apply strong problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal capability are essential to thrive in this strategically important role.
The candidate will need to be located in country with the ability to travel. Successful candidates will be employed via our trusted Employer of Record (EOR) partner, which enables us to hire and support team members in countries where we do not currently have a legal entity.
What You’ll Be Doing- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defence sector in Western & Central Europe and NATO.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, especially the large European Primes, MoDs and NATO.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the European defence sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
