Service Technician

• Perform scheduled and emergency repairs and maintenance on equipment such as fuel dispensers.
• Deliver excellent service in a polite and professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and adhere to high safety standards in all tasks.
• Take daily directions from the Service Manager or Service Dispatcher regarding tasks to be performed.
• Respond to after-hours emergency service requests as part of an on-call rotation.
• Meet specified response time parameters for different types of repairs.
• Maintain a company-furnished vehicle and keep an inventory of repair parts.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
• Complete online and classroom training courses, including regular recertifications.
• Follow all customer protocols and procedures, including safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain fuel dispensers, ensure accurate fuel measurement and dispensing.
• Conduct routine inspections of storage tanks and lines for leaks and other issues.
• Install, maintain, and repair vapor recovery systems to prevent fuel vapors from escaping.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1-year experience in petroleum-related service is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate personal hand tools and properly use a multi-meter.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good work ethic and professional demeanor.
