Our Mission

At Andale Construction, Inc. we build more than projects—we build trust, safety, and lasting impact in our communities. As a leader in the construction industry, we know that every successful project starts with reliable equipment and skilled people. Our mission is to keep our heavy machinery running at peak performance so our crews can deliver quality work on time, every time.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Lube Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our fleet of construction equipment in top shape. From excavators and bulldozers to loaders and cranes, your work will directly support our crews in the field, reduce costly downtime, and ensure every machine is ready for the next big job. You’ll be a vital link between the shop and the job site—helping us deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements on heavy construction equipment.
  • Inspect hydraulic systems, undercarriages, and other critical components for wear or damage.
  • Maintain accurate service records for each piece of equipment.
  • Operate service trucks to perform on-site maintenance at job locations.
  • Monitor fluid levels and perform fluid sampling for analysis.
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations for handling and disposing of lubricants and fluids.
  • Communicate equipment needs or potential issues to mechanics and supervisors.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience servicing heavy equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery (construction or mining industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of lubrication systems, hydraulic fluids, and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Ability to operate and maintain service trucks and related tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently in outdoor and sometimes challenging conditions.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and retirement plan options.
  • A safety-first culture where your expertise is valued and respected.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
