We’re seeking an experienced
** Automotive Service Advisor
** who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, communicates confidently with customers, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience from write-up through delivery.

* Greet service customers promptly and professionally, identifying vehicle concerns and maintenance needs
* Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair
* Prepare detailed repair orders (ROs) documenting concerns, services, and recommendations
* Develop accurate estimates including parts, labor, and applicable warranty or service contract coverage
* Clearly communicate inspection results and recommended services
* Obtain approvals and manage repairs from intake through completion
* Provide proactive updates on repair status, timing, and costs
* Administer Mopar and manufacturer warranty processes
* Promote maintenance services and service specials appropriately
* Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in dealership systems## What Top Service Advisors Bring

* High-volume domestic or CDJR experience strongly valued
* Mopar / Stellantis warranty knowledge preferred
* Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building ability
* Solid mechanical understanding of automotive systems and repairs
* Ability to manage multiple ROs in a fast-paced service drive
* Professional, customer-first mindset
* Team-oriented and highly organized
