A leading healthcare provider in Garden City, Michigan, is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to ensure timely follow-up of Managed Care and Commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will work directly with health plans, physician offices, and patients. A minimum of four years of hospital managed care experience is preferred, along with knowledge of contract interpretation and hospital billing requirements.

This is a full-time position with day shifts.
