Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a growing real estate organization seeking a Property Accountant / Real Estate Accountant to support the financial operations of a diverse property portfolio. Property Accountant / Real Estate Accountant role offers the opportunity to work closely with accounting leadership while managing day-to-day accounting, reporting, and cash management activities.

As the Property Accountant / Real Estate Accountant, you will:

• Maintain accounting records and support financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate properties.
• Oversee accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and electronic payment administration.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash management functions, and account analysis across multiple banking relationships.
• Monitor and reconcile property-related expenses, utilities, assessments, escrow activity, and capital expenditures.
• Prepare financial schedules, audit support documentation, and management reports while assisting with special projects and process improvements.
