Description

Leading, well-established New York Plaintiffs' Personal Injury law firm is seeking several experienced associates to join its team. The firm handles a wide range of general personal injury claims, including slip and fall, trip and fall, car accidents, and construction accidents. This is an in-office role with the primary office located in Garden City, NY and additional locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Role offers comprehensive health insurance, PTO, bonus opportunities, and a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial

+ Conducting depositions, motion practice, and court appearances

+ Overseeing discovery and case strategy

+ Preparing cases for trial and handling trials to verdict

+ Speaking with clients about their cases / providing necessary updates

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience

+ Active NYS Bar License. Must be admitted in NY Eastern and Southern District (NJ / Federal admission is not required but a plus)

+ Spanish speaking is a plus
