Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team on-site in Garden City, NY. The Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel, conduct research, draft legal documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and represent them in court. The role involves close collaboration with senior attorneys to guide clients through a variety of legal matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of divorce and family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation
• Experience providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and negotiating settlements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess legal issues and determine appropriate strategies
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the State of New York
