Burlington - - Responsibilities:
Deter theft and promote a safe, secure store environment through command presence and strong customer service;
Train and develop Shortage Control Associates and lead shortage education;
Conduct store audits, monitor point-of-sale transactions, and support Asset Protection programs;
Gather indicators of external theft and share with store and field leaders; network with local law enforcement for large-scale or organized retail crime;
Assist in semi-annual inventory process and develop action plans to reduce shortage
