A full-service accounting firm in Garden Grove, CA is hiringa Senior Accountant for its Tax & Accounting team, serving a wide array of domestic and international clients. The firm is integrating AI and automation to reduce manual work and focus on advisory services. This role reviews staffwork, trains and mentors staff, consults directly with clients, and handles due diligence and agreed-upon procedure projects, in addition to all staff-level accounting work.

• Review staff members' work.
• Provide ongoing staff training.
• Provide direct consultation to clients.
• Engage in client training and education.
• Work with managers and partners.
• Periodically engage in due diligence and agreed-upon procedure projects.
• Perform all responsibilities of the Staff Accountant role.

• Highly proficient with Lacerte and Quick Books.
• Solid GAAP and tax knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to work overtime during busy season(February-April, August-October) and as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 3-4 years of public accounting experience.
• Bilingual (English and Korean).
• CPA, EA, or other relevant professional credentials.
• Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
