Construction Project Manager Responsibilities

• Provide proactive ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.
• Oversee the project’s planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper adherence of policies set by the client and company.
• Provide management on the jobsite while maintaining effective communication with project team members to resolve deficiencies, issues, and disputes.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Flexibility with travel requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with analytical and organizational skills.

• Assist with all phases of the bidding process, including prepping bid invitations and subcontractor call-outs
• Collect and evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor quotations
• Review and finalize SOWs and RFPs
• Maintain and communicate data on construction and material cost trends

• Degree or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture.
• Strong proficiency with RSMeans, E4
  
  Clicks, eGordian and Multiple Trades.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with analytical and organizational skills.
