The Senior Process Engineer will lead injection molding process development and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on plastics, tooling fabrication, and mold optimization. This role will manage a team consisting of a Mold Maker, Tooling Technician, and Tooling Lead, ensuring molds and tooling are maintained in optimal condition for production. The engineer will drive process improvements through steel modifications, DOE-based development, and robust documentation, while managing capital projects and vendor relationships.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $89,500 to $138,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,240 to $155,120. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)
- Master’s Degree in Engineering is (preferred)
- 7+ years Progressive engineering experience (required)
- Excellent analytical skills, hands‑on approach, proactive safety approach and sense of urgency in problem solving required. Knowledge of Injection Molding and Tooling processes. Ability to read blueprints and do FMEA & PFMEA analysis (required)
- Familiarity with MRP system(s) like SAP/QAD (required)
- 5+ years Machining/Toolroom experience (preferred)
