The role involves strategic leadership in enhancing manufacturing efficiency, ensuring safety and quality standards while driving process optimization.
The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in advanced manufacturing and holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field. A strong background in lean manufacturing and project leadership is preferred, along with expertise in CAD and automation tools.
