DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY! VIRTUAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION LEAD. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000/YR.

This position is responsible for the implementation of advanced technologies to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Implement advanced technologies to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Work with project teams to coordinate drawings, specifications, deliverable schedules, coordination schedules, project file version and compatibility, equipment submittals, material‑cut sheets, and customer contact lists.
• Use Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or other project file sharing access.
• Provide guidance and oversight to all projects, including project assignments and ensuring department projects are effectively coordinated and meet deliverables.
• Participate in Project Kick‑Off meetings to clarify scope, prefabrication, and cost savings.
• Mentor and guide department employees to ensure projects are completed on time and according to schedule.
• Perform regular performance evaluations of all personnel in a direct reporting relationship.
• Enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards and contracts and report variances to the Preconstruction Manager.

• 5+ years advanced Virtual Design & Construction/Building Information Modeling experience in electrical construction.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and related software add‑ins.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical construction and design documents.
• Advanced knowledge and experience modeling electrical systems in 3D for prefabrication and MEP coordination.
• Experience in the engineering and implementation of seismic bracing systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience participating in and/or leading MEP coordination meetings.
