Principal Electronics Design Engineer

FEI-Zyfer seeks a Principal Electronics Design Engineer to lead development of high-reliability timing and synchronization hardware for defense, aerospace, and communications customers. In this role you will architect and design complex analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for GPS disciplined oscillators and secure timing systems, driving schematic capture, simulation, component selection, and PCB guidance. You will own verification, debugging, and qualification to demanding environmental and reliability standards, collaborate closely with RF, firmware, and manufacturing teams, and provide technical leadership and mentoring within an engineering-driven, quality-focused culture.
