We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT Operations team at Harbinger Motors. As a rapidly growing organization, we operate in a fast‑paced environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential. This role is ideal for someone who can shift gears quickly, step into different responsibilities as needed, and remain effective under changing priorities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates tenacity in troubleshooting and not stopping at surface‑level fixes, but digging in to identify and resolve root causes. Core working hours for this role is 11am-8pm

• Administer and optimize Jump Cloud (directory services, device management, policy enforcement, MFA, SSO)
• Action user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access changes) with a security‑first mindset
• Administer and support Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and Zoom
• Administer SaaS permissions, groups, and integrations to enforce least‑privilege access
• Deploy and maintain Action1 for patching, monitoring, and endpoint compliance
• Support macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems

  , Zoom Rooms, company all hands equipment (audio mixer, microphones, PTZ camera)
• Ensure conference rooms work before the meeting starts
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and system integrations
• Leverage APIs to streamline workflows across platforms
• Document systems, configurations, and processes clearly
• Provide Tier 2 technical support across hardware, software, and identity systems

• Hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace and Jump Cloud
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Zoom administration
• Experience with endpoint management and patching tools (Action1 preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across SaaS, identity, networking, and endpoints
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Ability to support macOS, Windows, and Linux environments
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Clear communication and ability to work cross‑functionally
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Security+

• Jump Cloud certifications
• Strong Linux administration experience (this one carries weight)
• Power Shell scripting experience
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• You believe automation is better than manual fixes
