A company is looking for a Database Advisor to support the Enterprise Teradata Vantage and Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise database solutions
- Develop and execute workload optimization strategies and perform root cause analysis for enterprise initiatives
- Monitor performance, manage database issues, and coach less senior DBAs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in an information technology or engineering environment
- Strong database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis in complex production environments
- Experience with Teradata infrastructure and Google Cloud Platform is preferred
